If, after 14 days of use and within 120 days of receiving your order, you're still not satisfied, we offer a 120-Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply reach out to us at hello@lulven.com, and we’ll help you initiate your return.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and package all items before shipment. If your product arrives damaged (not including cosmetic box damage), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lulven.com.
To process your claim, include:

We'll determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. We do not accept returns or issue replacements for damage due to normal wear, user error, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping, and most orders ship within 1–3 business days. While we work to ensure fast, reliable delivery, Lulven is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours. If we are not informed in time, we cannot issue a refund or resend your order.
