At Lulven, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimums, no hidden fees.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time refers to the delivery window once your order has shipped. This varies depending on your location and courier delays. Typical estimated delivery times are:
🇺🇸 United States: 4–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note: Carrier delays, customs, or high-volume periods may extend these windows. Tracking updates may also be delayed during transit.
Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy
It’s your responsibility to enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in order delays or cancellations.
If our system detects a possible address issue, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.
To request a change, please email us at hello@lulven.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make updates, we can’t guarantee changes after this window.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen due to factors beyond our control—such as courier issues, severe weather, or high seasonal volume.
We’ll always communicate transparently and work with our shipping partners to keep things moving. If any issues arise with your shipment, we’ll do our best to resolve them quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it’s lost in transit:

Lulven is not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. In some cases, a replacement may be offered at our discretion.
